Preparation
Fill the Cryo Ball with the Firming & Revitalizing Cryo Elixir, using the funnel for clean filling. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, then the Cryo Ball is ready for use.
Facial Application
Cleanse the face with the Gentle & Calming Cleanser and pat dry. Gently roll the Cryo Ball over the forehead, cheeks, and along the jawline, always moving from the center of the face outwards. Focus on areas that need firming and contouring, e.g., the jawline or puffy eyes. Afterwards, massage the remaining elixir on the skin into the face with your fingers; detailed massage instructions can be found in the booklet.
Body Application
After showering, apply the elixir to the desired area (e.g., thighs, stomach, arms). Glide the Cryo Ball over the skin in long, even strokes, always in the direction of lymphatic flow. On more stubborn areas like the thighs, use additional circular motions.
After Use
Massage in any excess elixir completely. For optimal results, use regularly—ideally daily for long-term results, or before special occasions for an instant fresh boost and glow. Place the Cryo Ball back into the freezer immediately after use so it is ready whenever you need it.

1. How does cryotherapy work?
Fill the small opening of the closed Cryo Ball with the Cryo Elixir of your choice using the included funnel, and then place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. One Cryo Elixir is intended for filling one Cryo Ball. Please do not fill the Cryo Ball to the brim; leave about 0.5 cm of space from the filling opening. For application, the skin should always be clean. For the face, cleansing beforehand is recommended; for the body, apply after showering.
2. Do I need to dilute the Cryo Elixir with water?
No, the Cryo Elixir must not be diluted or refilled with water. The formulation of our elixirs is designed to gently melt on the skin in its frozen state and release its active ingredients deep into the skin. Unlike classic skin icing, our elixirs are not refilled with water to avoid negative effects on the skin, such as limescale deposits or unfavorable pH levels. 3. How do I apply the treatment to my face?
Remove the frozen Cryo Ball from the freezer and gently peel off the top part of the silicone applicator to reveal the frozen elixir surface. Then, massage evenly over the face from the center outwards. Make sure to keep the Cryo Ball moving throughout the application and do not linger in one place for too long. Afterwards, you can gently massage the elixir residue into the skin and continue with your usual skincare routine. You can find the detailed application description as well as instructions for the detoxifying face and body massage in the enclosed treatment booklet.
4. How long does one filling last?
One refill is sufficient for approximately 30 facial applications or more. The exact number may vary depending on the area and duration of use.
5. Can I also use the treatment on the body?
Yes, the cryo treatment can also be applied to the body. It is also important here that the skin is cleaned before application, ideally right after showering.
