All orders are processed and shipped within one to three days of receipt of order and payment. In principle, it is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. However, as long as your order is still being processed and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, we may be able to make changes to your order in individual cases. Please do not forget to provide your order number so that we can assign your change request to your order.

Upon receipt of your order, you generally have 14 days to cancel the contract. When returning items, please ensure that the returned products are unopened and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. The best way to do this is by filling out our contact form.

To process your return as quickly as possible, we ask that you provide us with your name, your order number, and your email address. Please also let us know which products you would like to return and the reason for your return.

Please note the following: To ensure we can assign your return and you receive your refund faster, we ask that you fill out our cancellation form and send it back to us together with the products.

Please keep the tracking number for your return so that we can track the package should it go missing. If the return does not reach us, we have no way of tracking the shipment and therefore cannot offer a refund of the purchase price.
