Preparation

Fill the Cryo Ball with the elixir of your choice, using the funnel for easy, mess-free filling. Place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, then the Cryo Ball is ready to use.

Use on the face

Cleanse your face with the Gentle & Calming Cleanser and pat dry. Gently roll the Cryo Ball over your forehead and cheeks and along your jawline,
always moving from the center of the face outward. Focus on areas where you want to firm and define, such as the jawline or puffy eyes. Massage any elixir left on the skin after use with your fingers; detailed massage instructions can be found in the booklet.

Use on the body

Apply the elixir to the desired area after showering (e.g. thighs, stomach, arms). Glide the Cryo Ball over the skin in long, even strokes, always in the direction of lymph flow. For more stubborn areas such as the thighs, also use circular motions.

After use
Massage in any excess elixir completely. For optimal results, use regularly—ideally daily for long-term results or before special occasions for an instant boost of freshness and glow. Place the Cryo Ball straight back in the freezer afterward so it’s always ready to use.
